CPR and First Aid
(Online or On Site)
The training aims to give the participant basic knowledge in first aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation with and without a defibrillator.
Trainings are carried out by certified instructors. The training is for all types of workplaces and individuals.
Training consists of several parts, all parts, tasks and theoretical final exam included.
Course Content
- L-ABCDE (to work structured)
- What can you do yourself before the ambulance arrives?
- What happens when you call 112?
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation with AED
- When someone was in your throat
- How to lay in a stable side position?
- How to apply a pressure bandage?
- How do you act in a traffic accident?
- How do you act in case of head injuries and neck injuries?
- How do you act in case of fractures in arms and/or legs?
- How do you act in the event of electrical accidents or burns?
- How do you act in the case of the most common medical conditions, such as heart attack, stroke, diabetes, epilepsy?
- How can the work environment be secured before the accident occurs
After completing the training, you will have learned vital handling and actions that a seriously injured person needs.
Time consumption
- This course covers approximately 1-4 hours excluding breaks
Certification
Certificate is included for participants of completed course.
Course price
- First aid (1 hour) from 600 sek + VAT
- First aid and adult CPR 4 hours from 2500 sek + VAT
