About SFERA BEMANNING AB
Sfera Bemanning was founded in 2019 by Darius Sidlauskas. The idea grew from his own experiences of entering the Swedish job market and his desire to help others find employment and develop their careers in Sweden.
Since its founding, the company has grown and evolved. Today, we provide staffing and recruitment services across several industries, with employees from diverse backgrounds and with different experiences and skills. What began as an idea to create more opportunities in the job market has, over the years, developed into a business that puts both people and companies at the center of everything we do.
The Team Behind Sfera
Behind Sfera is a close-knit team that handles everything from client relations, recruitment, and workforce planning to transport management, HR, payroll administration, and training.
We have different areas of responsibility, but we work closely together and support one another whenever needed. Each team member contributes their knowledge and experience to ensure that daily operations run as smoothly as possible for both our clients and employees.
